The device can be permanently connected to the battery. The XC 0.8 is a compact, fully automatic 4-stage charger that charges and maintains 6 V batteries from 1.2 to 100 Ah. The XC 0.8 is IP65 rated (splash and dust proof), it produces 0.8 A. It is designed to protect the vehicle's electronics, it does not produce sparks, it is protected against reverse polarity and short circuits.

It comes with a 5-year warranty.
